Hi I’m Kate on Zero to Sixty with your auto
news. Honda announced that it will spend $52 million
dollars to update their Greensburg, Indiana factory to produce the new CR-V. The factory also builds the Honda Civic and
has added about 100 jobs to its current 2,400-person workforce. The possible next version of the VW Touareg
was spotted last week. Look for the redesigned Touareg to be revealed
soon. Possibly even as early as the 2017 Geneva
Auto Show. Hyundai has joined the ranks of automakers
with an electric car with the 2017 Ioniq Electric. The new electric car is said to get an EPA
estimated 124 miles of range and is priced at just over $30,000. For the third consecutive year, Toyota has
been named the ‘World’s Most Admired’ Motor Vehicle Company by Fortune. The all-new 2017 Chevy Cruze Diesel Sedan
just achieved 52 mpg highway mileage – the highest of any non-hybrid in America. I’m Kate Donovan with your auto news. Thanks for watching Zero to Sixty.
